ProCaps Enters Marketing Partnership with PGA TOUR

of vitamins and nutritional supplements in the TV Retailing marketplace, has
become an Official Sponsor of the PGA TOUR and Champions Tour through a
four-year agreement.
The agreement gives ProCaps Labs, headquartered in Henderson, NV, exclusive
rights in the vitamin and nutritional supplement categories, along with
exclusive rights in the sun protection category through its Solé brand of
chemical-free sunscreen.
In addition to gaining the right to use TOUR marks, ProCaps will have the
opportunity to develop a TOUR-branded advertising campaign and TOUR-themed
consumer promotion programs involving TOUR players. Additionally, its products
will become available to players on both Tours through the on-site fitness
facilities. ProCaps also plans to have on-site sampling of its sunscreen at
selected TOUR events throughout the year.

Lessman, who founded ProCaps in 1979, said he plans to utilize the TOUR
