| This position will be responsible for performing all duties listed below including supporting Quality Control as well as maintaining strict sample control. |

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- An associates degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Science background preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Detail and quality oriented.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sampling of all raw incoming materials.
- Sampling of softgel capsules.
- Verify the receipt of all CofAs.
- Verify lot #s are concurrent with the drums and the CofAs.
- Log, store and maintain all retention samples.
- Work with Purchasing to rectify any discrepancies.
- File and scan all CofAs.
- Keep files in good order.
- Maintain Laboratory clean and in order.
- Help the analysts with glassware washing.
- Responsible for the general cleanliness of the lab including:
- Sinks.
- Counters.
- Desks.
- Cabinets.
- Responsible for quality and continuous improvement within the job scope.
- Responsible for all actions/responsibilities as described in company controlled documentation for this position.
- Contributes to and supports the corporation’s quality initiatives by encouraging team and individual contributions toward the corporation’s quality improvement efforts.
- Log and monitor all stability samples.
- Assist in all other job duties delegated by the QS Manager which may include:
- Analytical and microbiological testing.
- Sample, microbiological media and chemical preparation.
- Releasing incoming raw materials, intermediates and finished product.

| Receiving Clerk |
 |
| Coordinate the Receiving and Storing of any and all materials necessary to meet the production requirements of our company’s sales demand. Handle all receiving required to support all other departments in the attainment of their own functional goals. |

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years experience working in a warehouse receiving environment.
- Forklift Certification.
- Computer/data entry experience required.
- Proficient mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the receipt of items by unloading and loading trucks, inspecting incoming/outgoing merchandise, matching purchase orders, packing slips, bill of landings and distributing and storing merchandise appropriately.
- Read reports, requisitions to determine items to be received moved, gathered or distributed.
- Move materials and items to receiving or storage areas for further inspection and release.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence or standards.
- Ensure warehouse is clean, orderly, accessible and safe at all times.
- Mark materials received with the appropriate identifying information according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Record amounts of materials items received and distributed as necessary.
- Assist in counting of physical inventory as needed.
- Assist warehouse department as directed by a supervisor or as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and reach.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

| Reporting Analyst/Business Analyst |
 |
| This position will primarily be responsible for creating a variety of ad hoc and standardized reports. You will meet with internal customers to define technical solutions to their business needs in regards to data extraction and reporting. Responsible also for day-to-day and project driven activities related to the support of business application systems. |

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or related field; or equivalent education and work experience.
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts needed, particularly SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, functions and data manipulation required.
- Experience with Crystal Reports, SSMS, SSRS preferred, but not essential.
- Experience with Database Administration, ETL, Cubes or Data Warehousing an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL Server query optimization techniques.
- Experience in supporting multiple heterogeneous applications a benefit.

- Ability to demonstrate analytical skills and strengths in diagnosing complex problems, and implementing corrective action.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with users, systems personnel, vendors, consultants, and management.
- Knowledge of system development, project methodology practices and deliverables.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with all departments to provide all reporting demands to meet business needs.
- Analyze current data management procedures, including reporting methods, and as necessary make recommendations for improvements.
- Providing project estimates both high level and detail level.
- Supports and maintains many business applications within the organization.
- Involved with quantifying and analyzing business requirements, and defining functional system design.

| This position will be responsible for the Management of the Company's Shipping and Receiving functions to include the receipt, storage and distribution of all items to ensure a smooth and consistent operation so that supplies and products are handled in an effective and efficient manner. |

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree; or commensurate education and work experience.
- Minimum 5 years related management experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- A thorough understanding of the manufacturing process and quality control procedures used in a manufacturing warehousing environment.
- Ability to forecast, analyze and identify improvement opportunities in the warehouse.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; to include the ability to multi-task.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills in order to be able to lead and manage Warehouse employees to the completion of their assigned job duties.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to relay information with tact, diplomacy, patience and professionalism.
- Excellent business writing skills with proper punctuation, spelling and grammar to create written instructions, memos and correspondence as needed.
- Must be able to demonstrate analytical ability in identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing a course of action.
- PC Skills including Word, Excel and Outlook and other corporate software program or comparable software.
- Warehouse Safety experience to include the ability to provide proper training and oversight for all Warehouse employees on Forklift Safety, Proper Lifting and Fall Harness Protection usage.
- Due to the physical nature of the jobs this position supervises, the qualified candidate must be able to life and move up to 20 pounds on a regular basis, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate and direct the work of all warehouse personnel.
- Monitor the shipment and receipt of material and oversees the movement of material in the warehouse.
- Ensure efficient and productive warehouse operations; to include overseeing and monitoring the completion of daily warehouse activities.
- Evaluate current department procedures and approving all department SOP’s.
- Plan labor needs, space utilization and facility resources to ensure cost effective operations.
- Coordinate supply needs with multiple departments according to defined schedules.
- Supervisory responsibilities to include the selection of staff, coaching of performance and to provide ongoing and timely communication regarding performance, training and development opportunities.
