MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with related experience.
- Minimum of 3 years prior Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good analytical and organizational skills along with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Good knowledge of Excel and computerized accounting and costing systems.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional manner within all levels of an organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconciliation of perpetual inventory (finished goods, work in process and raw materials) and reconciliation to the General ledger.
- Reviews variance, investigations causes, trains supervisors/employees to avoid recurrences and communicates resolution to supervisor.
- Maintains standard cost system. Develops cost analysis where necessary. Works with Purchasing to ensure costs for purchased products are received and updated.
- Review and monitor system operations pertaining to inventory activity to determine inefficiencies and/or inaccuracies and inform management of areas for improvement.
- Researches significant inventory adjustments and reports findings.
- Runs production accounting and investigations any variances.
- Prepares journal entries as required.
- Prepares reports for the Accounting Manager and recommends changes in estimating process as indicated.
- Recommends systems and procedures applicable to the Cost Accounting function.
- Assists in Inventory Process.
- Product costing, which includes bill of material rollup and standard cost setup.

| Production Lead – Packaging |
 |
| This position will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the 2nd Shift Packaging area. Primary duties are to ensure the achievement of daily work requirements and compliance to procedures. This "working" lead position also includes the day to day supervision of personnel, creating SOP’s, troubleshooting and supporting/contributing to company initiatives in a cGMP environment. |

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of one year recent Lead or Supervisory experience in the packaging of drug or nutritional products.
- Three years of recent work experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Two years of college in a technical discipline, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in order to be able to communicate effectively with employees and all levels of management.
- This position will assist with the recruitment of all employees for the work area. Therefore, experience in interviewing and selection of potential candidates would be helpful.
- Ability to coach employees to meet their job objectives. And if objectives are not being met, ability to effectively manage the performance issue.
- Ability to train employees on how to perform their job duties. This not only includes machine operation, but standard operating and safety procedures.
- Must possess the computer skills to be proficient in Microsoft Office.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the daily activities associated within the production environment meets/exceeds production and shipping deadlines.
- Interface with Production Planning, Warehousing, Maintenance, Quality Assurance/Control, Purchasing and Human Resources as deemed necessary.
- Provide input to the Director of Manufacturing to develop and implement any needed directives.
- Initiate, review and edit all applicable SOP’s for accuracy and compliance.
- Direct and coordinate the efforts of subordinate staff to ensure compliance to all health, safety and good housekeeping policies.
- Develop cross function skills for subordinate staff to support anticipated customer needs and forecast equipment/staffing requirements.
- Decrease process variability and improve product quality by implementing the necessary training and follow-up required to assure that all subordinates have the basic skills to perform their job.
- Conduct regular meetings with subordinate staff.
- Complete all assignments, employee evaluations, tracking reports and other administrative responsibilities in a thorough, timely and accurate fashion.
- Suggest and aid in implementing new ways of doing business that will enable us to meet our objective of reducing the overall product cycle time.

| Coordinate the Receiving and Storing of any and all materials necessary to meet the production requirements of our company’s sales demand. Handle all receiving required to support all other departments in the attainment of their own functional goals. |

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years experience working in a warehouse receiving environment.
- Forklift Certification.
- Computer/data entry experience required.
- Proficient mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the receipt of items by unloading and loading trucks, inspecting incoming/outgoing merchandise, matching purchase orders, packing slips, bill of landings and distributing and storing merchandise appropriately.
- Read reports, requisitions to determine items to be received moved, gathered or distributed.
- Move materials and items to receiving or storage areas for further inspection and release.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence or standards.
- Ensure warehouse is clean, orderly, accessible and safe at all times.
- Mark materials received with the appropriate identifying information according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Record amounts of materials items received and distributed as necessary.
- Assist in counting of physical inventory as needed.
- Assist warehouse department as directed by a supervisor or as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and reach.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, analyze and review sales reporting, analysis and metrics and provide insight on our business performance (e.g., trend reports, sales results, segmentation analysis, etc.).
- Translate qualitative and quantitative information into recommendations for management decision-making.
- Utilize various database marketing tools and systems to perform analyses on customer needs, wants, problems, and interests related to specified customer segment marketing opportunities.
- Lead the creation and analysis around meaningful management reports that enable management to quickly and easily understand business trends and issues.
- Collaborate with business applications department to ensure reporting requirements are accurate to extract relevant data to support metrics.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and analyze lead sources, status, volume and impact on sales cycle, contribution to pipeline, etc.
- Validate market research data and determine ROI associated with research programs in regards to applicable business needs.
- Review detail reports and data to ensure checks and balances and accuracy to maintain data integrity of all metrics, reports and analysis.
- Contribute to the building of strategic data sets to market analysis and future planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify other areas of opportunities to enhance or streamline dashboard reporting.
- Coordinate with various departments to determine annual research needs that could include likelihood and intent of customers to purchase new products.
- This position requires interaction at all levels within Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance and other functions/groups as required.
- Ability to proactively identify gaps, requirements and implement solutions and best practices on all initiatives.
