MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- College Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related experience.
- 3-7 years experience of SQL Server 2000/2005 Administration (transactional and/or data warehouse).
- SQL Server Certified DBA is a plus, but not necessary.
- Experience with database administration in a development environment.
- Strong SQL & TSQL skills - ability to create complex triggers, stored procedures & scripts.
- Experience with Microsoft .Net environment beneficial, but not essential.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and handle changing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to plan and prioritize task assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with users and management.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as a team member.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and tune database resources and activities for all SQL Server databases.
- Providing support and assistance to application development staff.
- Data modeling – Design and Develop physical data model as needed.
- Create and monitor the execution of backup plans.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans and scenarios.
- Maintain and Administer database security components & policies (data security & user access).
- Manage the development and expansion of the Data Warehouse.
- Create reports as needed (Knowledge of Crystal Reports, Reporting Services, OLAP, etc.. a plus).

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in creating, testing and development of all products including two-piece hard gelatin capsules, soft gelatin capsules, powder mixes and other products that may need to be developed.
- Help to develop and coordinate technical documents, including product specifications, MSDS, SOP's and other related documents associated with new or reformulated products in association with current GMP standards and practices.
- Assist in process improvements, troubleshooting, and locating and sourcing new materials.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining recipes and specifications in the master batch database.

| Responsible for overseeing all employee safety and applicable training programs for all ProCaps Laboratories’ departments and operations. Position will set goals/objectives to support safety and training initiatives. Responsible for overseeing the Company’s Safety Program and ensuring all program elements are in place to comply with regulatory directives and requirements. |

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in applicable field and a minimum 3 years experience facilitating safety training programs at the plant or corporate level; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Certifications/Training in the following area preferred: OSHA General Industry Safety & Health, CPR/First Aid, Fire Extinguisher Usage, Fork Lift.
- Working knowledge of both Federal OSHA and State of Nevada required safety programs utilized in a manufacturing environment, to include, but not limited to the following:
- Hearing Conservation
- Respiratory Protection
- Lock-Out/Tag-Out
- Material Safety Data Sheets
- First Aid/CPR
- Bloodborne Pathogens
- Fire Extinguisher Usage
- General Safety Programs
- Ergonomic Safety
- Familiarity with manufacturing practices, quality standards, and safety principles.
- Ability to develop and present training course materials.
- Ability to speak effectively in a variety of training settings, and in interpersonal situations with managers, supervisors, and hourly employees.
- Strong planning and organizational skills required along with the ability to multi-task on projects.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications to include, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with employees from all levels of the organization.
- Ability to evaluate training accomplishments and to provide monthly/annual reports to management on training activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with Managers, Supervisors and Leads to discuss training requirements and ensure there is appropriate interaction between departments to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Conducts training needs analysis of various functions and determines additional training needs, when appropriate.
- Prepares agendas for and facilitates various applicable meetings; including the Safety Committee Meeting.
- Attends applicable departmental meetings and evaluates discussions for impact on training.
- Provides meaningful recommendations on how safety training can support company goals and objectives.
Oversees all safety Training Programs for organization. To include, but not limited to:

- Perform training evaluations to determine the effectiveness of training course(s) and identify value added benefits for the company.
- Tracking of all completed training.
- Employee awareness; to include maintenance of Employee Safety Bulletin board, Employee Safety Recognition programs and dissemination of any applicable safety related topics.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of three years experience working in a face paced manufacturing environment, to include at least one year in leadership capacity. This could include directing work flow, training co-workers and generally having responsibility for ensuring work is accomplished under your directive.
- Two years of college in a technical discipline or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in Encapsulation of Nutraceutical and/or Pharmaceutical products preferred, to include the use and maintenance of Bosch, Elanco, Polisher and Checker machines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in order to be able to communicate effectively with employees and all levels of management.
- This position will assist with the recruitment of all employees for the work area. Therefore, experience in interviewing and selection of potential candidates would be helpful.
- Ability to coach employees to meet their job objectives. And if objectives are not being met, ability to effectively manage the performance issue.
- Ability to train employees on how to perform their job duties. This not only includes machine operation, but standard operating and safety procedures.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize work.
- Must possess the computer skills to be proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Responsible for ensuring that daily activities associated within the production environment meets or exceeds production and shipping deadlines.
- Provides input to the Director of Manufacturing to develop and implement any needed directives.
- Interface with Production Planning, Warehousing, Maintenance, Quality Assurance/Control, Purchasing and Human Resources as deemed necessary.
- Initiate, review and edit all applicable SOP’s for accuracy and compliance.
- Direct and coordinate the efforts of subordinate staff to ensure compliance to all health, safety and good housekeeping policies.
- Decrease process variability and improve product quality by implementing the necessary training and follow-up required to assure that all subordinate staff have the basic skills to perform their job.
- Develop cross function skills for subordinate staff to support anticipated customer needs and forecast equipment/staffing requirements.
- Participates in staff selection, coach’s performance, and provides ongoing and timely communication regarding performance, training and development opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with subordinate staff to ensure all employees in the area are provided all necessary information to perform their job duties.
- Complete all assignments, employee evaluations, tracking reports and other administrative responsibilities in a thorough, timely and accurate fashion.
- Suggest and aid in implementing new ways of doing business that will enable us to meet our objective of reducing the overall product cycle time.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, analyze and review sales reporting, analysis and metrics and provide insight on our business performance (e.g., trend reports, sales results, segmentation analysis, etc.).
- Translate qualitative and quantitative information into recommendations for management decision-making.
- Utilize various database marketing tools and systems to perform analyses on customer needs, wants, problems, and interests related to specified customer segment marketing opportunities.
- Lead the creation and analysis around meaningful management reports that enable management to quickly and easily understand business trends and issues.
- Collaborate with business applications department to ensure reporting requirements are accurate to extract relevant data to support metrics.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and analyze lead sources, status, volume and impact on sales cycle, contribution to pipeline, etc.
- Validate market research data and determine ROI associated with research programs in regards to applicable business needs.
- Review detail reports and data to ensure checks and balances and accuracy to maintain data integrity of all metrics, reports and analysis.
- Contribute to the building of strategic data sets to market analysis and future planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify other areas of opportunities to enhance or streamline dashboard reporting.
- Coordinate with various departments to determine annual research needs that could include likelihood and intent of customers to purchase new products.
- This position requires interaction at all levels within Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance and other functions/groups as required.
- Ability to proactively identify gaps, requirements and implement solutions and best practices on all initiatives.
