Immune booster   10/22/2012 11:12:26 AM By ora , IN   This product is amazing!!!!! Let me explain.... I originally bought this product just to be or feel healthier. What I found out is that it completely strengthens my immune system. All my life I have easily gotten sick. If someone got a cold 1-2 days later I had a cold. Not only did I just get a cold, I would have it for a week or two weeks or it would turn into a whole upper respiratory infection....basically the whole 9 yards. I started taking the Green Foods Complex and I really didn't notice anything so I stopped taking it. About a month later I started getting a sore throat and as the day went on it got worse and worse so I figured why not take 2 Green Foods Complex it can’t hurt. I went to sleep and woke up with no sore throat. I continued to take it for the next couple of days and I never got sick. Even though I didn't get sick, I still wasn't a believer. I have a 2yr old who caught a really bad cold and sure enough I started to get the symptoms. Sore throat, stuffy nose so I decided to take the Green Foods Complex again. Within 2 hours sore throat started to go away...I felt overall better. I continued take the pills for the next couple of days, even though I still got the cold it was so mild. My throat didn't hurt, sinuses were a little stuffy but nowhere near how they usually get when I get a cold. And the best part was the cold was gone in 3 days. I am a total believer. I have been taking Green Foods Complex for about 3 months now and have noticed I feel better during the day (I take the Green Foods Complex in the morning). The supplements help me to feel well and alert, without the jitters often associated with caffeine. I want to have quality of life (good health) and believe this is a major step towards that goal.
