I also have gotten my son to take this along with Cholesta Care and has seen great improvement. His doctor wanted to know what he did to improve 40 points in two months. He looked up your product online and checked the ingredients and was very impressed. He said a prescription would be cheaper but this was a better option for all those not wanting to take prescription drugs. I have to take a daily prescription medication which also contributes to constipation. I have tried numerous "remedies"...drinking excessive water, over the counter fiber caplets and mixes, changing my diet to include fiberous foods... etc. Not one of these "remedies" alleviated this major problem. I had to resort to taking laxatives weekly which make me ill to the point of vomiting and/or extreme headaches but I had no other choice but to take them. I even missed work because of the side effects of the laxatives. I have been using FIBERMUCIL for about 3 weeks now....3 tablets after each meal. I can't tell you how much better I feel daily!!! I no longer feel "toxic" or have that extreme bloated feeling which also added to fatigue. I feel my digestive system actually working as nature intended!! I have tried many different "over the counter" fiber supplements that taste bad or are just a hassle to take. I'm sure it's just my system having a change in routine, but I have tried just about everything when I'm traveling. I have tried all natural things, nuts, apricots, etc to laxatives and they just did nothing. I've taken it alone and in combination with Andrew's phytosterol products (both the HSN version and the version on this website). Fibermucil doesn't make you feel bloated or crampy in any way. And I'll just leave it at that! :)
