I really love it. I tried the liquid form as well, but this is my favorite because I can travel with it and not worry about having to refrigerate it or making a mess in my luggage. I like the lower dosage too. Even if you see minimal weight-loss, you're still doing a good thing for your body and your health, so you can't go wrong with this product. Thanks Andrew for giving us a choice!         Excellent products   7/14/2008 11:29:15 AM By Janice , CA   Ordered a 60 day supply of Carnislim-250, plus Energy and Fat Metabolism Factor plus a 60 days supply of Secure Meal Replacement. I take a couple of Carnislim and Energy/fat Metabolism capsules in the morning. A bit later I make myself a shake. I put ice, non fat milk or just plain water and a scoop of the powder into a blender. Sometimes I add a small piece of banana and blend well. I love the Pina Colada flavor. (I also have chocolate but its a bit sweet for my personal taste.). I have a second shake around lunchtime. I eat a healthy dinner with my family. I have cut out all deserts, sweets etc., I take the week-end off and allow myself a slice of toast or a bagel and even some tortilla chips and salsa. I have been doing this for a little more than a month and have lost about 9lbs. The only exercising I am doing is walking. I am going to continue with this program until I lose at least another 10lbs. I feel great and feel confident knowing that I am taking natural well balanced products. My sons girlfriend was so impressed with the weight that I have lost that she just ordered the same products herself!!! Thank you Andrew. You are a genius.!!!
