Andrew Lessman’s CALCIUM-MAGNESIUM INTENSIVE CARE is a mild all-natural formula designed to address the special requirements of virtually all individuals, particularly women, to consume extra Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin D3 to support bone health. I take these along with either your Complete, or your Essential One. I never take more than 500 mg. at a time. I am listening to you Andrew! I usually spread it out over the course of the day. Should have known that Andrew Lessman would have a great substitute. I take 2 or 3 about an hour before bed, and I sleep like a baby, even when feeling anxious. Then, two years ago, my doctor told me that I should take calcium supplements. I started to take these and have never had problems. They really work - someone else recommended that I take calcium supplements at night. When I do, my muscles relax to the point where I can sleep. I took them with my meals as suggested. My doctor wanted me to take a higher dosage than recommended on the label, but I can see that's not going to happen, so I'm going back down to 2 capsules a day. This is no reflection on the product, everybody's different. Some people can tolerate more. If that's you, go for it! I still like the product because of its freshness, no added and unnecessary ingredients and the manufacturer's integrity, so I'm giving it a 5 rating. Unless I switch to the multi-vitamin, I'll continue to take these. I originally tried Andrew's vitamins after seeing him on HSN, and given my good experience with his other products, I gave this one a try. I had no stomach problems whatsoever with it. Now this is a permanent part of my daily routine. Thanks for providing me with this excellent option, Andrew!
