Great solution to keep you going!   5/27/2012 6:17:12 AM By Kelly , AZ   My job requires me to make on an average of 200 phone calls a day. Usually, I can feel my energy really start to drop after lunch and it is a real push to get through the day. Also, I work in sales so I live on a virtual roller coaster as I experience the highs of getting the deal and lows of getting hung up on. This product has helped me with my ability to get through the day and complete my shift. Also, my reaction to the ups and downs is much less severe. My biggest difference is noticing how I feel on Friday afternoon. After working all week, my boss used to tell me he noticed I was pretty much out of gas by noon on Friday after working hard all week. My Friday's are much better now and I don't feel so wiped out. A must for anyone in sales position or where your job demands a huge amount of mental energy. I know the benefits of the CoQ10, but I never took it independently of my multi vitamin. I am a mother of 4 and run half marathons in different cities as a getaway. My last 13.1 I did not train too much and just showed up. My sister gave me 2 of her CoQ10s before I started the race.....and WOW...I didn't feel any jitters but my endurance was amazing. Better than when I had trained for races. I ran 13.1 miles, without stopping (a bit slower pace than usual), but for a person who had only trained about 5x prior to the race, I have to give credit to the CoQ10. It was amazing. I could no longer find the High Quality CoQ10 at local vitamin shops where I live so I ordered from ProCaps. All I can say is wow, good stuff. All CoQ10 is not equal as Andrew says. If it is poor quality you won't feel much. Andrew's is the best I have tried so far and will reorder from now on from ProCaps. If anyone does not know what CoQ10 is and how good it is for you, I highly recommend reading up on it. It is one of the best things you can give your body for energy and overall health. I was told when I ordered that Andrew's Elite packs have this product in it, so when I run out I will be trying that out. I read in a health book that CoQ10 can help with that. I ordered this and have been taking it since, for about 2 years. Each time I go to the dentist I get high marks for taking such good care of my mouth. I did stop taking it for a few months and noticed a difference. I also had a dentist cleaning during that time and my mouth wasn't as healthy that time. I immediately purchased it again. This time around at the dentist it worked again, and I also wear braces so it's harder to reach the gums. I also have to say that I don't brush as much as I should in a day, nor do I floss as much is recommended. I feel this has really built up my immune system to ward off illness. I have been a nurse for 48 years, and around many of the contagious conditions people have, especially in winter. I work long, long hours every day, much of it very physical and stressful. Not only does this help me to have the stamina I need, but my moods are more positive and I feel able to cope with what life throws at me. For those who are concerned, there is no "buzz", jitters, or sleep interference with this product. In fact, I'm sleeping better now than I did for years before. It's what it eliminates from your life that you notice. What it eliminated for me are those low moods that come from not feeling like you have enough energy or strength to handle things. I still want to have naps, I still like to relax, and all of that, but my baseline of energy is much more constant, stable, and dependable. Overall I feel healthier and more confident, and I feel more clear-headed. I feel this stuff will help me live longer and stronger. I definitely am in better health now than I was before I started about two years ago, and people who haven't seen me in years tell me I look much more well-rested and youthful. I can tell they are wondering to themselves if I've had "work" done. No, I just feel healthy, secure, and strong. CoQ10 has truly given me a noticeable energy boost that helps get me through some very long work days. But, it doesn't stop there. Most people have other obligations, chores, errands that need to be handled after the work day & this has been where I truly have noticed a huge difference. I used to get home from work & just collapse. Now I have the energy to do what I need to do. I am now on auto-ship for this product to ensure I don't ever run out. Do yourself a favor & give this product a try. You will not be sorry!
