Andrew Lessman’s COENZYME Q-10 300 begins with 300 mg of the world’s finest natural CoQ10 and adds 200 mg of non-acidic Vitamin C, along with high levels of all the B-Complex vitamins, including 100 mcg of our protected B12. CoQ10 is required for all energy production and for life itself. I remember Andrew saying that if there is only one vitamin that you can afford make it CoQ10...I am 53 years old and my husband is 56, we both take two of this vitamin daily and we go 12 - 16 hours a day...This is just one of many vitamins that we take...I would not go a day without this vitamin. I have been taking Andrew's vitamins for over five years...Excellent, excellent vitamins...

This is one supplement I would NEVER stop taking...it has changed my health completely. The following is a list of what it has improved for my husband and I: -Memory -Energy levels -Circulation -Varicose veins -Cholesterol -Mental sharpness Yes, it is expensive, however, trust me, it is worth every single penny!!! We stated with the lower dose and we have moved up to the 300. Please, if you are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired this will help you feel so much better. Cannot do without!!!
