I feel so relaxed at night - I don't want to binge...and I can tell when I don't take it in the morning - I am hungrier. It's not that they are miracle diet pills that you take and lose weight on but if you’re consistent with them, you do start feeling better and then you feel more motivated to start taking dieting and exercise more seriously. Activator and P.M.Relaxation for a few years now. The A.M. is great, gives you a boost of energy, but not a nervous energy. The Relaxation calms you and helps you have a better nights sleep, plus at the same time speeding up a sluggish metabolism.
