The Best for Sensitive Stomachs   5/20/2009 12:13:32 PM By Janice , NY   Recently I shattered my ankle and knew calcium was crucial to healing. I am required to take steroids for a medical condition and knew I needed to supplement my diet with extra calcium. It seemed every pill I tried made me sick. I would be sick the entire afternoon. I would spend so much money trying different products with the same results. I found Calcium Intensive Care via an internet search and couldn't be happier. I can take these pills without food and still not get an upset stomach. I am finally getting the calcium I need and not having to be sick to do it!! They absorb it easier than adults do, as well. I was amazed to learn that a child his age should have 1300mg a day!! I give him 2 of these (500mg) to help supplement his diet. I have tried other products, like gummies and disgusting chewables and it was such a nightmare to get him to take them. Now, we have no trouble and he takes them happily. I also take them to help prevent osteoporosis! Great product! It doesn't make us sick at all!
