So many times when you diet you do the yo-yo effect. Or sometimes you lose a couple of pounds then a few months later it's all back again. CarniSlim is a great way to maintain your weight & stop the yo-yo effect. I notice since I've taken CarniSlim it gives me extra energy and has helped me when I do lose a pound or two I keep it off. I went on vacation for a few weeks and did not take the CarniSlim and those couple of pounds came right back. Upon returning and back on the CarniSlim, weight is back down again.
