This is a must!   9/10/2009 4:45:29 PM By Katherine , MO   I have been taking this product since 2004 and recently did not keep up with my order and ran out. I noticed a big difference in my appetite as I am the type that becomes so busy that sometimes this is the only protein I will have until lunch time. Today I reordered this product because I noticed I do not have the energy without the simple proteins this product offers. Starting my day without this important part of my breakfast will not happen again. Katherine
