I love the extra vitamin C I get also with cold season coming up and like the extra vitamin D and calcium for strong bones. Best of all, in one convenient capsule.         Wonderful Product! My blood tests indicated I needed to take B12 and Folic Acid supplements, so I figured I should take some Calcium as well. I spent hours comparing this product with other products and this seems to have just the right "essential factors." I have energy at the end of the day! Also, I didn't have one cold this season. I ran out several weeks ago and started noticing a real difference in my energy because I'm sooo tired again. I just ordered the BIG bottle. I take two a day. Great stuff!
