I'm sure it's just my system having a change in routine, but I have tried just about everything when I'm traveling. I have tried all natural things, nuts, apricots, etc to laxatives and they just did nothing. I've taken it alone and in combination with Andrew's phytosterol products (both the HSN version and the version on this website). Fibermucil doesn't make you feel bloated or crampy in any way. And I'll just leave it at that! :)
