Andrew, this is the best B-Complex that I have ever taken and I have been into vitamins for 20 years plus. Helps a great deal with energy and even helps with arthritis pain. Thanks for the great vitamins With Out any additives or fillers whatsoever.

When I would wake up in the morning, My hands would be numb... that feeling like they were asleep. It would take a good few minutes to get the feeling back into them every morning. I tried B COMPLEX and it worked! I no longer have that numb hands feeling!! (unless I forget my B COMPLEX Vitamin). I highly recommend this product.

I started taking this product when I was OCCASIONALLY getting light tingling down my right arm. Not really alarming, but when I moved my arm a certain way, I could sense something not right in my shoulder. I did some internet research and realized that B complex vitamins are essential for proper nervous system support. I take one a day, with a meal and hardly ever have the tingling feeling! I am on autoship. What a bargain for the amazing relief I have! I take other supplements, including Resveratrol so maybe the combination of both has helped me - I now naturally wake up at 6:00 a.m. with more energy than I know what to do with - and I am 50! Thank you Andrew! I'm a believer!!
