I've always been a huge believer of softgel or capsule supplements and I was having such a hard time findiing proper supplements and bam here you are Andrew. I don't know if its the potency of the Lessman vitamins or the "diluted quality" of my old packet, but the Procaps are much better. They have given me more energy and made me more alert. Also (and I may be imagining this) I have been able to remember things faster than I did before (I'm a "senior-senior" citizen). The added energy has inspired me to become a walker, and with my new pedometer I've easily worked up to 10,000 steps per day, without getting tired, in less than 5 weeks. I also lost 10 pounds in the 5-week period. I don't know if Procaps is responsible for this change, but I know I never felt as good on my old vitamin packet. I've signed up for autoship and started my wife on the women's version. She's had the same results (except she has more walking time and is doing an average of 12,000 steps per day).
