I use a lot of Andrew's capsules, Women's Wellness, Omega, Calcium, Garlic, Skin and Nails, Ultimate Eye, etc. However, this meal replacement I did not like because of the Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium. It is too sweet and it tastes different you can’t enjoy the vanilla, or strawberry of anything you just taste this sweetener and it leaves a bad after taste. It also gives me a headache eventually and this time like a burning in my stomach. I love the fact that it has all the vitamins but if you can make it with real sugar, honey but not artificial sweeteners. If not, at least just no sweetener at all. People can add sweeteners themselves when they make it just like you have a choice to add sweeteners to yr coffee or beverage as needed. Not everyone one uses sugar or sweeteners and for some of us who do not use these it will be good to buy something without these added. I have given a two because it has all the vitamins but for me no sweetener is very important. I use very little or no sugar and no sweeteners. I really liked these but they give me a headache. I think it is from the Acesulfame Potassium. Wish they didn't because they are really good. I drank it with fat free milk. Tried it several times but got a headache each time. Even though I'm not suppose to have soy since I'm hypothyroid I would have still drank these if it was not for the headache. I use this in coffee in every cup I have during the day. I have one shake in the am and one in the pm as well. I don't drink milk I drink this. I use it not to lose weight but for the taste and the benefits of the soy. I mix 3 flavors, chocolate, vanilla and coffee. The chocolate is like a little bit of heaven. It works really well as a meal replacement if you mix it with another drink, not just water. And for quick mixing get a tumbler shaker. A blender is not always necessary. Sometimes I throw in a banana and peanut butter for a special treat, but it's not necessary. In addition, this product has enough vitamins and minerals to act as a mini-multivitamin. Taking it twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, allows me to spread my nutrients out and perhaps improve my body's absorption of them. I also feel good about using Andrew's products because I know he avoids unnecessary fillers and additives, delivering the healthiest bang for my buck. That he uses solar energy to power his manufacturing plant is icing on the cake! Easiest to blend in a shaker cup rather than stirring. Mixed with nonfat milk it tastes exactly like Nestles Quick. I use the chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. I've tried the other flavors and they all taste good...but those three are my favorites. I typically use skim milk when making my drinks - but water works well too (I simply like the taste better with milk...and it's more filling if you're using this in place of a meal). Great product...affordable pricing...convenient packets (which is just one of the BEST things that Andrew has come out with). On top of the great taste, this product is actually good for you - it's almost like taking a mini multi-vitamin. I started out mixing with water as I knew if I started with milk would never go back to water. I was surprised as I expected to it to be bad but I trusted Andrew and glad I did. It is just fine with water and mixes well. For a special treat I mix with low fat milk and wow is that great. For years if I wanted to purchase meal replacement I could never but Chocolate as the taste was awful. Can not tell you what a nice surprise Secure was. Now I drink with water most of the time to save on calories. I also have the Vanilla on auto ship to my son. I keep the Coffee at work and mix with water as well for when I am getting just a little hungry. Great product.
