I decided at the end of my research to order this product to help me lose weight. I was exercising four times a week (working up to five) and eating 'almost clean' (meaning-a small, measured amount of ice cream, once a week as a treat-nothing more) and needed something to help me get over a plateau. Well, I took this product as directed for a month, and NOTHING! I didn't lose a pound. I was so disappointed in this product. I had high hopes that this would help me and it didn't. This liquid has sort of a weird taste too, and that bothered me. This was a waste of my money. In the late afternoon I take the fat/metabolism tablets and exercise for 30-45 minutes. This really helps with pushing me to exert more effort during exercise. I lost 40 lbs 2 years ago. Just recently started taking this again to get off another 10 pounds. As with all programs you must exercise and this keeps me going. I wanted to see if CarniSlim would help. All I can say is it seems much easier to bust through plateaus with CarniSlim. I've lost 52 pounds and have only 13 pounds to go to reach my goal. I have more energy when I use this product, making me want to go out and walk at least 2 miles daily, thus helping in my weight loss. So many times when you diet you do the yo-yo effect. Or sometimes you lose a couple of pounds then a few months later it's all back again. CarniSlim is a great way to maintain your weight & stop the yo-yo effect. I notice since I've taken CarniSlim it gives me extra energy and has helped me when I do lose a pound or two I keep it off. I went on vacation for a few weeks and did not take the CarniSlim and those couple of pounds came right back. Upon returning and back on the CarniSlim, weight is back down again.
