We begin with clinically-established levels of the most well-researched natural ingredients for joint health: Glucosamine Sulfate (1,500 mg) and Chondroitin Sulfate (1,200 mg). Suggested Use

Consume 2 level scoops (approximately 1 teaspoon) daily. Two scoops is the equivalent of 5 capsules of our encapsulated Glucosamine 1500 Chondroitin 1200 plus UC-II, which is the clinically established level to achieve optimum results. You can increase or decrease your intake based upon your needs and as guided by your health care provider. Neither Glucosamine Sulfate nor Chondroitin Sulfate are readily water-soluble, so this product is not intended to be added to water, but instead, to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, applesauce, etc. This package is sold by weight, not by volume. It contains the full weight indicated on the label. Settling of contents can occur during shipment.

My joints love
Have been taking glucosamine and chondroitin for years but this has upped my game. My joints thank you. What a difference with collagen 2. Have been using the other collage( marine/grass fed) but this added the finishing touch. Highly recommend

Works quickly
Enjoyed the original formula and now loving this one. I don't know if it's just absorbing into my body faster or if it's the new ingredient. I ran out of the original which was a gift and within two weeks pain returned to my arthritic knees. After starting this powder I started feeling relief four days later. I purchased a 40oz jar of organic apple sauce and placed nutmeg and cinnamon sticks into the jar for a few days. I add my two scoops of this fine powder in a 4oz cup of my applesauce and I don't taste it at all! I also have it in my oatmeal with a packet of Succress and again I don't taste anything and reap the rewards of everything healthy. Great price, I purchased two.

Does not dissolve in cold liquids
Love the product, however trying it in powder form has not been a positive experience. So much of the product stays on the spoon or in the glass when trying to take daily! Not sure why the scoop is not the size equivalent to the recommended dosage....why must you take 2 scoops? Returning this product for the individual capsules.
