I have been using this combination capsule twice daily when I eat. I sprinkle 1/4-1/2 of contents on my breakfast & dinner foods. My systolic blood pressure, for last month, has been between 112-120 & diastolic between 60-78 twice daily since using this capsule. My prescription alone kept BP 128-138 systolic, & diastolic 78-90. 1 cap per day is plenty for me. To help lower the Bp, I also listen to classical music & think of a 1 syllable word to help calm me before, & during Bp taking (eg. Sleep; Relax). Otherwise I'm thinking of everything I must do, & that increases the blood pressure. It's all trial & error, & this is what works for me at 68 years young. I document what I eat & supplements I take each time I send BP to Dr daily. If it works, I keep doing it.

Lowers My blood Pressure Well
I just started on 1 Blood Pressure medicine in January, '22 at 68. I changed it in May as the 1st one only lowered my pulse below 60. I began researching natural blood pressure supplements, & found Pomegranate, Grape Seed, Green Tea, Resveratrol, Saffron & several others. When I found this product. I grabbed it. Grape Seed also helps heal leg ulcers & wounds, & I have a small 1 on the ankle. Even though the Bp medicine is mostly effective, there are times during the day when the Bp varies. I must send my Bp to my new cardiologist twice daily since April, & I hate it. I want to send the best readings, so when it's higher that 132 Systolic, I open up a capsule & pour 1/2 onto my toast or Yogurt. I drink 12 oz of water after eating it, & within 30 minutes, my Bp is down to below 120. There is no problem with the Systolic pressure, but it lowers that too. Then I send it to my Dr who threatened adding a second Bp med if not "stable" by October '22. It's stable with this Supplement. Thank you Mr. Lessman.
