Phospholipids are vital to the structure of all cell membranes, and Phosphatidyl Choline is an essential building block of both liver and brain cells. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration now recognizes Choline as essential because its content in our diet is inadequate and Choline plays such a vital role in so many processes throughout the body, including the liver, nervous and cardiovascular systems, as well as the integrity of all cell membranes, the metabolism of fat and the growth of healthy hair. PC is a necessary raw material for the production of two vital components of the nervous system, acetylcholine, which is the primary neurotransmitter that allows all our nerve cells to communicate, as well as sphingomyelin, which forms the sheath that protects nerve cells. Works for me
After 3 years of care-giving two disabled parents, my brain was exhausted. A couple months ago I had begun using this daily and no joke, it has seemed to help me maintain more focus. Not a miracle cure just seems better overall for my focus.
Kind of expensive, not sure why it is never offered as a Todays Special. I keep buying in the smallest size to save some money especially when buying many items at the same time. I would certainly like to see it as a special.

In 2015 I had a heart attack it left my kidneys almost non-functioning. They were slowly coming back when I tried the PC LIVER AND BRAIN GRANULES. It helped my kidneys to recover faster. I leave the seal on and only pull it back half way to use it and leave it on under the lid, that way it keeps it from clumping.

Surprised at the difference it makes
I started taking this to see if it would rid me of my "fuzziness" and help me increase my focus and I am pleased to say that it does! I put it in my (Secure) protein shake in the morning so I don't notice the taste. I notice that I feel better overall so while I haven't had my liver tested, I notice that I have been very healthy since I began taking this over a year ago. Mentally, I feel better than I ever have and I don't feel a need for coffee in the AM to wake me up either!

I FEEL THERE IS A DIFFERENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT
I have also tried the capsule form which I believe we were told it is not absorbed to the extent of the granule form. I can tell when I am taking the granule product in that my system makes me "tinkle or urinate" more. I am not tuned to the complexity of the double structure in phospholipids, explaining that this molecule is a fluid fence, very important in the construction of cell membranes, and not a true fat but is a source of acetylcholine an important neurotransmitter and helps with the transduction of biological signals across the membrane. As I can tell with healthy hair and nails when I have taken the product, so it is also with this granule formulation. I am 66 and still have to work and feel this has helped me. For me the taste is not great but it is NOT OFFENSIVE,AWFUL and I find taking the teaspoonful is easy. You have to be careful when you serve the dosing that no moisture on the spoon is present as this will start the clumping of the product. I also place this in the refrigerator.
