Vitamin C 500 + B-Complex is a 100% additive-free, natural complex of vitamin C plus all the essential B-complex vitamins, including our unique absorption-protected methylcobalamin (natural coenzyme vitamin B12), pyridoxal 5’-phosphate form of B6, as well as our metabolically active folic acid (methyl folate). The vitamin C in this product is entirely in the form of a water-based mineral ascorbate (calcium ascorbate), which is entirely non-acidic, so it is guaranteed to not upset your stomach. This special form of vitamin C promotes the greatest utilization of vitamin C without the stomach discomfort, loss of potency and rapid nutrient loss associated with ordinary ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that supports the health of numerous body tissues and systems. Can't live without!
Being on a very tight budget, my husband and I talked about which vitamin we should take that we thought would be the most useful. We decided to try this Vitamin C-500 with B-Complex. We noticed that we didn't get sick as much or as bad as without taking it. Then we ran out and couldn't afford to order anymore for a while. Over the course of a few months, my husband's skin became incredibly dry again (he has elephant skin) needing lotion frequently and the athlete's foot came back (I know we can't make any claims but...). We finally had the money to order it again and we are anxiously anticipating its arrival! Thank you, Andrew! You've made a believer out of my husband - very hard to do!!!! We won't use anyone else's products!!

Can't live without it!
The C keeps colds & infection away and the B's give me unbelievable energy. I have tried going without it and can tell the difference in my energy level when I am not taking it. Great Product! Thanks Andrew

Best combination of Vitamin C and B Ever!
Andrew you did it again. Another great Product. I have been taking this for the last couple of years and just started taking your Essential 1 a day vitamin and it works out great! I also take your Five Favorites and Maximum Joint Benefits plus more. All 10 Stars!! Thank you for providing fantastic products!
