I cannot take this as VITAMIN K is a blood clotting agent.....check with your doctor !
I have taken the Calcium Intensive Care and ordered this in error. This contains Vit K and if you are on blood thinners of any kind, ( including aspirin) I suggest that you clear this with you doctor first. Vitamin K can act as a clotting factor in blood chemistry and if you are on any blood thinners ( as most heart patients, like me are) this is NOT the item to be taking as it counteracts the blood thinners. Order the regular Intensive Care. It has been fine and this is my error....not the company's. I am very glad that I checked with my doctor first as this could have been a true problem.

Increased bone density!!
I have been taking Andrew's calcium for several years now. I'm in my 50's and had a bone density test last year and the results were, to say the least, not good. I was way below average for my age. I was told to up my calcium. So I started taking 1200(six capsules a day). Well a year later I had another bone density test. My doctor was in shock!!! My reading was 20% up over the average for my age. My doctor said she has never in all her years seen such an improvement. I attribute this to Andrew's product. Yes, I have been upping my exercise too but, I believe it is from this product. Thanks Andrew for this wonderful product. My bones thank you too.

Great Calcium Product
I have been taking this for a couple of days and it is great! No upset stomach and it is great to not be taking a "rock" hard calcium tablet. Keep up the great work Andrew!!
